So how do you make a really good Smoothie?
Supersonic Fruit Smoothies
Morning time
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 mango or 1/2 papaya (peeled & seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 banana
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Sweet Little Green Mango
Ingredients:
- 150g to 200g (bag) of curly kale
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 large mango flesh
- juice of one large lemon
- 1 large banana
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth adding pure water as required.
Orange Green with envy
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 medium orange
- 1 banana
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Cucumber Lemonade Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 cups mixed grapes
- juice of 2 large lemons
- fresh spring water to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Mixed up Orange
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 medium orange
- 1 banana
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Mango Surprise
Ingredients:
- 1 mango flesh
- 1 apple cored
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls spinach and or green juice
- 1 heaped tablespoon Coconut flakes (optional)
Directions:
Place ingredients into high speed blender and blend while adding green juice or pure water to obtain desired consistency
Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled (not cored)
- 2 hands full of spinach
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 medium orange
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend adding pure water until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Mango & Chocolate Pineapple
Ingredients:
- 1 mango flesh
- 1/4of a pineapple (or to taste)
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/4 cup linseed (flax) flour*
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (optional)
Directions:
Makes 1000 to 1500ml
*Grind 2 tablespoon flax seeds in coffee grinder or similar to make 1/4 cup flax flour.
Place ingredients into high speed blender and blend while adding green juice or pure water to obtain desired consistency

- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/4 cup linseed (flax) flour*
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
Directions:
Makes 750 to 1000ml
*Grind 2 tablespoon flax seeds in coffee grinder or similar to make 1/4 cup flax flour.

Mint Chocolate Pineapple
Ingredients:
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1/2 a cucumber & 2 sticks of celery
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (to taste)
- 2 large hands full baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon mesquite meal
- 1 tablespoon spirulina and or 1 scoop Newgreens superfood blend
- 1/4 cup linseed (flax) flour*
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 or 2 scoop whey protein powder (optional)
Directions:
Makes 1000 to 1500ml

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- add any fruit you fancy:
- passion fruit
- nectarines
- 1/2 banana
- apple or orange juice
- Just try out different fruits

Wild Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup apple juice
- 1/4 pineapple
- 6 fresh strawberries
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- ice cubes (optional)
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Melon surprise
Ingredients:
- The flesh of half a ripe melon
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 scoop whey protein
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
Vegetable Smoothies Recipes
V8 power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- 2 cup chopped celery
- 1 hand full chopped kale
- 1 Hand full chopped red cabbage
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon raw, apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 3 cups pure water
Directions:
Blend until smooth and pour out into nice glasses, with fresh lime to garnish.
Beets & Red Pepper Smoothie or Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 raw beet chopped
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1 hand full spinach leafs
- 1 teaspoon freshginger chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Water or juice
- pinch of himalayan rock salt (optional)
Directions:
Blender till smooth, garnish with a cucumber round, and enjoy.
Tomato, Celery & Greens Smoothie or Soup
Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes (optional)
- 1 cucumber roughly chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 celery stalk roughly chopped
- 2 hands full spinach or 6 romaine leaves
- 1 tablespoon minced onion, (optional)
- pinch himalayan salt
Directions:
Blend adding green juice if required, garnish with a cucumber round, and enjoy.
Creamed spinach
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls spinach
- flesh of one avocado
- small piece ginger
- 1 tablespoon wheatgrass powder
- pinch himalayan salt
- 1 scoop whey protein (optional)
Directions:
Blend together adding green juice or pure water as required
