High protein smoothies
To give you the high protein you need after a work out, you can feed your muscles with a nutritious healthy smoothie. By adding whey protein powder, along with starchy fruits such as dates or bananas, nuts, seeds, and or avocados will give you the boost you need. I also like to add in some super food blend and glyconutrients.
